Sweet moment ...
D left for a quick trip to Seattle for work today. I had hopes Arden would go back to sleep after D left (6AM) especially with the treat of being in our bed. She did lay there for awhile, just resting. I had my eyes closed and all of a sudden this little voice whispers in my ear "I love you mommy." Does it get any better?Comments:Add a comment:

It's times like these...where we scratch our head and think huh, she really is smart...
Dora just recited a line from a book. Arden walked to her bookcase...looked through the books...and found the book with that line.
Huh.Comments:Add a comment:

So, we again have a working camera!!
Arden is now 19 months old. Where does time go?
She has a huge vocabulary...I'm one of those parents and recently compiled a list of her words. She's at around 150 at this point ... according to her ped, who we saw this week, she's speaking at a 2yr, 3mo. level.
Her imaginary play, as she demonstrated at her appt, is also very advanced. Genius ;-).
She's at a very fun age right now...starting to have conversations with us. Of course, we have our challenges with the little princess...who knows what she wants, when she wants it.
We spent Easter at the Museum of Science, before sending Grandma Mary and Nonno off to the land of sunshine! They now live just a few minutes away from Grandma Joanne and Pops, and we can't wait to go visit everyone!
So, lots of new pictures are uploaded and now that we have a working camera we'll be sure to keep up with the pictures and the site. Honest!!
Happy Easter!
ErinComments:Alex: (I guess I typed too much - continued...)Alex: Hey Erin, it's Alex from Constant Chatter. I followed your link over here to check out more Easter photos of Arden. Too cute! I am also glad I read this journal entry as Trenton and Arden seem very similar in their advanced skills. T's vocabulary has to be somewhere around 150-200. I totally lost count. If he doesn't know the name of something, he points, I tell him what it is, and next time, he says it. He has a crazy memory. He hasn't started usingAdd a comment:
